These Terms of Use regulate the access, registration, and use of the BeerCoRank platform. The creation of a user account and the use of the services imply the reading, understanding, and full and unreserved acceptance of these rules of coexistence and operation.

2. User Accounts, Minimum Age, and Veracity

To register and use BeerCoRank's services, the user explicitly declares and guarantees to be over 14 years old. Registration by minors under this age is strictly prohibited. The user agrees to provide truthful and lawful information during their registration. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The user is solely responsible for properly safeguarding their access credentials and for any activity carried out under their session. BeerCoRank reserves the right to suspend or cancel inactive accounts or those that violate community rules.

3. Rules of Coexistence and Internal Messaging

The internal messaging system and social interaction tools of BeerCoRank are exclusively intended to facilitate friendly and respectful contact between collectors. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Spam and advertising: mass sending of unsolicited messages, commercial links, or promotional content unrelated to collecting.
• Harassment and respect: using insults, threats, offensive or discriminatory content, or harassing other users through the platform.
• Data manipulation: intentionally falsifying collection volumes with the sole purpose of distorting the integrity of global or national rankings.

4. Responsibility for Content and Photographs

Users retain the intellectual property of the photographs and images they upload to their public showcases, guaranteeing that they possess the necessary rights or permissions for them. The owner of BeerCoRank declines all legal responsibility for the graphic material published by collectors and reserves the right to remove without prior notice any image that violates third-party rights, contains illegal material, or is unsuitable for the platform.

5. Service Modifications

As a personal and non-profit project, the owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or temporarily or permanently interrupt access to the platform or some of its functionalities, as well as to update these terms of use at any time, recommending periodic review by users.
