BeerCoRank does not claim authorship or rights over the photographs uploaded by users to their showcases, with the collectors themselves being solely legally responsible for said images and for having the necessary permissions for their display.

4. Exclusion of Liability

The owner does not guarantee the permanent availability of the service and is not responsible for any damages or losses that may be caused by service outages, errors in statistical data, loss of information, or the transmission of malicious programs, despite having adopted all reasonable technological measures to prevent it. Likewise, BeerCoRank does not supervise or take responsibility for the content of links to social networks or third-party pages freely published by users on their public profiles.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply. As it is a non-profit platform, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain corresponding to the owner's domicile, unless the applicable consumer protection law imperatively provides for another jurisdiction.
